Healthy Meats, Flowers, Leaves, Stalks, and Roots

The PsoriaFIX diet is an inflammation reversing diet that calms your immune system, alters your gut flora to favor good bacteria, and heals your cells including your leaky gut.  It is the "secret code" of nutrition that will stop the slowly increasing severity of your psoriasis in its tracks, and actually cause psoriasis to go BACKWARDS.  When was the last time you experienced THAT without expensive and even dangerous drugs?  If you can follow this nutrition plan, if it is enough information for you, you're done.  It consists of:

Leaky Gut + Bad Flora = No Bueno

I spent 20 years hearing, "Diet helps mitigate the symptoms of psoriasis".  Nice.  Which diet?  The healthy ones?  Which healthy one?  How do you know?  Who do you trust?

I tried every diet and fad in existence.  Atkins, Paleo, Zone, Low Fat, Vegan, Mediterranean, FODMAP, GAPS, you name it, I tried it.  I gave up alcohol for a year.  Nothing worked long term.  Sometimes I would see some improvements only to have them plateau and then frustration would set in, especially on the Vegan diet, that I was putting in all this effort and depriving myself of foods I enjoyed and seeing little benefit.

It can't be stressed enough how truly important exercise is to the process of eliminating psoriasis.  Aside from generally making you healthier overall, exercise stimulates the lymph system to carry away cellular waste products, reduces adipose tissue, supports the right balance of hormones, reduces inflammation, and helps to correct your immune system's response to your own body's proteins.  Start simple and work your way up as your body feels it wants more, the most important thing is to do something every single day.
